• "We needed someone to replace a coupling for our boiler at our shop but couldn't find a plumber to do it immediately. We ended up paying overtime rates to Stevens Plumbing & Heating Ltd. but the job was done within days instead of the months we were quoted by other local outfits. They even showed us that the boiler was due for retirement too, because the old welds were disintegrating and there was a small leak at the rear of the unit that had obviously been leaking for a long time. After calling around for various quotes for boiler replacement, we found that Stevens was very competitive with their estimate and we were told they could do it within a week, rather than a few weeks (which was the time-frame we were given by others).
